How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–3 business days via Canada Post or DHL Express within Canada. Shipping fees are applied based on order value: a $25.00 CAD shipping fee applies to orders from $0.01 to $199.99 CAD, while orders of $200.00 CAD and above qualify for free shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, We only ship to Canada now but in future will look to expand to other countries.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in the Canada may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, Elevate Shop does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
