Unlike other mounts that make you lock down the joints one at a time, our unique quick-adjust arm features a single knob at the center elbow joint that locks and unlocks the center joint and the ball joints at each end with one twist!

Includes Go Pro mount and phone clamp is adjustable for a phone up to 4" wide, accommodating most smart phones, and can be removed to expose a standard 1/4"-20 stud compatible with the tripod sockets on most cameras.
